Pasteio is a fresh pasta artisan laboratory in Rosalie, where you'll find traditional Italian pasta and desserts made daily by Andrea and Irene.

Pasteio, Rosalie

Having worked in the best Italian and Brisbane restaurants for years, the duo decided to settle in Brisbane and share their culinary roots, offering handcrafted, authentic, Italian pasta dishes such as spaghetti alla Bolgnese, fettucine with lamb ragu, and traditional lasagne.
