Zen Garden High Tea

Brisbane CBD

Updated: Jun 07, 2025

Zen Garden High Tea is an exquisite and unique Japanese-inspired high tea being served at Izakaya Publico and Bar 1603 in Brisbane CBD.

Curated by Executive Chef Valentino Acuzar, this signature high tea has been reimagined with elevated, handcrafted creations that blend artistry and indulgence, in a fine dining setting.

Edible Haus of Zen

The star and centrepiece of this experience is the Edible Haus of Zen – a stunning handcrafted chocolate masterpiece, which is accompanied by delectaable treats like Stone Mousse, Matcha Tiramisu, and Yuzu Log.

Other sweet delicacies include flavoured macarons, matcha tiramisu, yuzu log and mango cheescake, whilst savoury treats include Moreton Bay bug rolls, wagyu beef tataki, salmon sashimi and vegetable gyoza.

Zen Garden High tea delicacies

On arrval, guests welcomed with a glass of Veuve Tailhan Blanc de Blanc NV from France’s Loire region, setting the tone for an experience that is equal parts refined and indulgent.

Good to know - There is also a Kids High Tea plate for $30, for ages 4-12 yrs.

Need to know - Parking is available for $10 nearby at Care Park on 40 Tank St. Bookings must be made online, using the code BATMAN.
