Norman Northside

The team behind Brisbane pub The Norman Hotel, which touts itself as Brisbane's 'worst vegetarian restaurant' is set to open a second hotel in Enoggera on Brisbane's northside.

Taking over the long vacant site on the busy intersection of Wardell St and Samford Rd (across from Guzman Y Gomez), Norman Northside has started construction and is slated to open in mid 2026.

The new 3-storey brick pub will feature a rooftop beer garden, onsite butcher and a massive 400 seat dining area with three private dining rooms on the mezzanine level. 

Taking inspiration from the original Norman Hotel (which dates from 1889) the new hotel will feature arches in the design . and the famous 1kg steak challenge will also be replicated here.

With onsite parking for 115 cars, the main entrance is off Samford Rd, while cars will also be able to enter via Wardell Street.
