Okey Dokey Cafe & Bistro
Eight Mile Plains
Okey Dokey Café is a casual, chic eatery tucked away in Eight Mile Plains, serving breakfast and lunch along with well-brewed Merlo coffee and house made pastries and sweets.
Located in Brisbane Technology Park on the ground floor of NIET (National Institute of Education and Technology), this café/bistro boasts smart, modern furnishings with a pretty, flower wall and pops of greenery.
All-day breakfast/brunch fare ranges from open omelettes with fresh veggies, wood-smoked ham, feta and parmesan cheese to corn and capsicum fritters with avocado, poached eggs and fresh spinach, and ricotta buttermilk pancakes with roast banana and butterscotch sauce.
Lunch dishes, available after 12pm, include the Okey Dokey homemade beef burger, charred chicken burger, beer battered fish and chips, a couple of pasta dishes and made-to-order salads such as warm roasted pumpkin and pine nut or Thai beef salad with rice noodles, mint, coriander, Thai basil, bean sprouts and delicious dressing.
Customers can also grab and go with a cabinet filled with homemade, gourmet sandwiches, salads and sweet treats made in house by the café’s pastry chef.
Nice to know- Okey Dokey offers catering for corporate meetings and even has an on-site boardroom available.
