Gold Coast Theme Parks Reopen!

The Gold Coast's famous theme parks are back in action, with a staged reopening in June-July!

Sea World and Paradise Country will both be the first to reopen on Friday 26 June, followed by Australian Outback Spectacular on Friday 3 July and then Wet'n'Wild and Warner Bros. Movie World on Wednesday 15 July.

To ensure the health and safety of visitors, the parks will be operating at 50% capacity, with strict social distancing and sanitization measures in place, as well as contactless payments and entry. In order to comply with physical distancing, some attractions, outlets and entertainment offerings may also be modified.

It's time to get up close and personal again with all of the animals at the Gold Coast's iconic marine park, from the playful polar bears, curious seals, dolphins and penguins to the underwater world of sharks, sting rays, turtles, tropical fish and sea jellies. You'll easily need a day to reconnoitre with the animals, check out the Sea Jellies Illumination exhibition, watch shows like Nickelodeon's Turtle Power Live! and PAW Patrol Goes on Holiday and catch adrenalin pumping thrills on the Storm Coaster or sail along on SpongeBob's Boating School Blast family rollercoaster. And get ready to brave the Gold Coast’s newest ride the Vortex, coming soon to The New Atlantis precinct
