Yellowish

Hamilton

Updated: Feb 23, 2024

Yellowish is serving delicious, homestyle dishes in their all-day dining restaurant, located in a new Hamilton precinct.

The bright and cheery eatery is decked out with large and small tables, ideal for group dining of any size. There’s a large wall mural on one wall and bright yellow furniture dotted around the place. There’s also some al fresco dining.

There is a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. The breakfast menu is laden with all sorts of Aussie favourites, with a few bespoke dishes such as their pancake stacks. Laden with fresh fruit, vanilla gelato and maple syrup – they are to die for.

For lunch, try their Mad Cheese Burger. Instead of buns, the burger fillings are sandwiched between two mac and cheese patties. Between the hints of blue cheese throughout the mac and cheese and the tastiness of the house made meat patty – it’s quite the dish.

Their dinner menu is just as delightful, as Yellowish creates delectable homely dishes. They even make their pasta in house – try their homemade gnocchi, served with a vegetable ragout, gorgonzola cheese, mushrooms, capsicum and onion.

For other mains, the Yellowish lamb shank is definitely worth tucking in to, it is served with a puff pastry, mashed potato and minty jus.

Yellowish has a top drinks menu, with their ginormous frappes being a popular choice. Perhaps try a matcha frappe for something a little different.

Need to know – Nearby parking is available. Dogs are welcome outside.
