With plenty to choose from on the menu, there’s a healthy option of mixed greens with beetroot hommus, poached free range eggs and toasted mixed seeds, or try the Shakshuka baked eggs, smoked labna and toasted sourdough. For something fresh and summery, recommended is the popular breakfast dish of Vietnamese black rice, coconut yoghurt, fresh mango and toasted sesame.

Another must try is the stir fried pork and noodle “Mie Goreng,” finished with a sunny side up fried egg, or for vegetarians, the delicious sautéed Mt Cotton mushrooms, garlic, chilli, toasted sourdough and goat’s curd.
