Area 51 Garden City is a futuristic, space-themed play centre with a range of interactive and exciting activities for kids up to 12 years old. 

Located on level 2 of Westfield Mt Gravatt, this out-of-this-world indoor playground features a large soft play area, interactive basketball and soccer games, a super climber, trampolines, a dedicated toddler zone, eight thrilling slides, a cafe and party rooms.

Kids aged 3-4 can access the entire venue including Gizmo's Odyssey - a soft play area with various games, climbing apparatus, light-up slides and more - the trampoline area which has more than 10 trampolines of varying sizes, the Orbit Race, a small race track with bikes, and the Galactic Step.

Kids aged 5-12 can test out their skills on the Super Climber, a ninja-warrior-style course with moving platforms and obstacles.

Astrotots (1-2 years) can enjoy a range of interactive activities in the Astro Explorer Toddler Zone, including a large ball pit, musical instruments, slides and games.

Area 51 also has a cafe with barista-made coffee for the adults to enjoy, plus multiple kids party rooms perfect for birthday parties and kids events.

Nice to know: All entrances to Area 51 have gates for children's safety and parents peace of mind.

Need to know: Tickets to Area 51 range from $15-$28. For best parking enter Macgregor Street via Kessels Road, enter the carpark, turn right and follow signs for the purple carpark.
