Brisbane based 'Pacific International Taekwondo School', known for offering the very best in traditional ITF style Taekwondo across all grades, is opening its doors to new students.
Catering for all ages and abilities, the school offers a wide range of friendly, professional and expert martial arts classes, which improve fitness, boost confidence, builds self-belief and develops new skills for life.
Classes are designed to promote a friendly, respectful atmosphere in which people come together, with an eagerness to help one another to develop and grow.
With an approach to training that is one of inclusiveness and acceptance for all, students are able to feel comfortable in their surrounding and concentrate on learning new skills and discovering their potential.
As well as nurturing physical fitness and abilities, practising martial arts helps reduce stress, improve focus and boosts well-being.
Heading the school is Grandmaster Trevor Dicks, an 8th Dan who works with his wife, 6th Dan Master Instructor Margaret Dicks. Bringing a wealth of experience and expertise, the duo aim to deliver positive results through a fusion of disciplined training and enjoyable practical fun.
Need to know - Delivered by a team of Black Belt instructors, Taekwondo classes are now available in 13 areas of Brisbane - Albany Creek, Arana Hills, Balmoral, Bracken Ridge, Bray Park, Chermside, Clontarf, Dakabin, Dutton Park, Mt Gravatt, Slacks Creek, Stafford and Toowong - as well as Nambour on the Sunshine Coast.
Nice to know - Classes are offered for students from 7 years old right up to over 40's, ensuring everybody is able to experience the benefits of Taekwondo and work towards climbing through the belt grades.
