Peak Physique Hot Yoga

Fresh on the Brisbane Hot Yoga scene is Peak Physique Hot Yoga Gabba where you'll discover fun, Hot Yoga classes in a convenient location on Logan Rd, Woolloongabba.

For those who are yet to experience it, hot yoga uses infra-red heaters to help your body to detox, increase blood circulation and therefore allows for further, deeper stretches.

Catering for beginner to intermediate abilities, the studio offers a wide range of friendly, professional and expert Hot Yoga classes. The spacious studio provides a comforting and relaxed environment, with a calming effect, which is perfect for encouraging mind-body awareness and to simply wind down.

The Peak Physique Hot Yoga studio offers packages ranging from $12 - $26* per week which is very well-priced. The two-week unlimited intro pass for $25* is a great way to get a taste for the hot yoga experience and from there, you can choose which package you'd like to go onto.

The first class will have you sweating out plenty of toxins! You will leave inspired, rejuvenated and ready to go again.

Need to know - Entrance and parking for the Studio is via Vanda Street. The studio is closed unless there are classes on (opens 30 minutes before a class - check their app to stay up-to-date with class times).

Nice to know - The studio is owned and operated by a young husband and wife duo who both have always had a keen interest in health and mindfulness, and a passion for helping others.
