Lekki by Little Lagos is a West African bistro and bar bringing an authentic and delicious taste of Nigerian cuisine to the bustling heart of West End.

The spacious open plan restaurant and bar offers a mix of seating including bench seats with a view on the street and a couple of banquettes for groups, whilst a soundtrack of lively music keeps the atmosphere upbeat.

The menu is available and food is ordered via the QR code on the tables, and drinks are ordered separately at the bar, where there's a small selection of tap beer and wine by the bottle or glass.

Snack-ish dishes include Moi Moi (spicy packets of blended black-eyed peas); Gizdodo (stir-fry combo of plantains & chicken giblets mixed with Nigerian spices); and Suya (spicy BBQ lamb or beef skewer marinated with Yaji Nigerian spices).

Mains include Nigerian fried rice and must-try Jollof Rice (long grain basmati rice cooked in a blended sauce of tomatoes, red capsicum, habaneros & onion with Nigerian spices) as well as Ewa Aganyin (slow-cooked pan fried black eyed beans topped with spicy fried red chilli sauce), also recommended.

There's also goat stew (marinated farm-to-table goat pieces) or chicken stew (marinated chicken pieces) both of which are cooked in a spicy sauce of tomatoes, habaneros, red capsicum, onions and Nigerian spices; and Egusi (melon seeds simmered in a blend of herbs. spices and green leaves, with mixed beef parts.

Sides include Fufu (pounded yam) and Garri (dried grated cassava) whilst for dessert there's Puff Puff (yeast donut holes, larger and denser).

Good to know - The menu is also available for takeaway via Menulog.

Need to know - There is limited on street metered parking available on Boundary Street.
