Treat your mum like the star she is by spoiling her with a sumptuous Mother's Day lunch or dinner at The Star Brisbane. With four fantastic restaurants to choose from - Aloria, Sokyo, Fat Noodle and Cucina Regina, each offering a delectable banquet, there's something to delight every mum!

Perched atop The Star Brisbane, the views don't get any better than at Aloria. Here you'll enjoy a 4-course shared banquet menu, with a glass of Taittinger on arrival, live entertainment throughout and complimentary petit fours to take home. Start with dishes such as Fire Roasted Tiger Prawns with fermented chill butter & beach succulents, followed by Lamb Merguez Pithivier with green tomato ketchup & fennel jam and finish with Crème Catalana with macadamia sable & caramelised figs. There's also the option of wine pairing and children aged 0-12 can dine from the kids menu.

One of Brisbane's leading Japanese restaurants, renowned for its cutting edge cuisine, Sokyo is offering an exquisite banquet including Sashimi Platter, Sweet Potato Tempura, Wagyu striploin, Roasted Brussel Sprout and Strawberry or Black Sesame Mochi, with the option to add a Sake Pairing Experience for $70pp (Hakurakusei Tokubetsu,Kizakura Yamahai Jikomi, Kenbishi Mizohu Junmai, Nakashima Kozaemon Daiginjo & Aragoshi Yuzu Liqueur Nara), or $60 Sparkling Indulgence, where you'll get to sip and savour Chandon Blanc de Blancs during the luxurious two-hour experience.

Indulge your mum with an authentic Italian dining experience fit for royalty at The Star Brisbane's beautiful Italian restaurant. Here you'll enjoy a a glass of Dal Zotto Prosecco on arrival and a delicious 4-course shared menu, starting with Antipasti such as Focaccia Romana, Olives, Calamari & Burrata; followed by Pizza Gamberetti or Gnocchi alla Norma; Secondo of Chicken Cotoletta and dessert of Tiramisu or Strawberry Panna Cotta. Children aged 0-12 years can dine on pizza, pasta or crumbed chicken ($16) from the special kids menu.

Enjoy the ultimate 8-course tasting menu at Fat Noodle, showcasing chef Luke Nguyen's delectable creations in stunning surrounds. Dishes include Salmon Ceviche, Luke's Chicken Salad, Pork Mince Crispy Paper Rolls, Deluxe Seafood Pad Thai and Banana Tapioca. Note that guests must be 18 years of age or over to access Fat Noodle, which is entered via the Casino. Whilst Fat Noodle is normally walk-in only, online bookngs are available for Mother's Day.
