NATIONAL PAINTBALL FIELDS AT BLACKSOIL HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

National Paintball Fields, family owned and operated since 1997, is Queensland's premier paintball playing facility with 30 acres of bush, bunkers, trenches, forts and village - and is now an official licensee of Archery Tag.

Located forty minutes from Brisbane's CBD in Blacksoil, NPF has just launched the latest sports craze to arrive in Australia - Archery Tag. This action-packed game is played similar to dodgeball but with bows and foam-tipped arrows. Safe, fun and family-friendly, kids (aged 10+) can embrace their inner Katniss. Eight or more players are needed for a game (4 on each side). NPF runs 4 one and a half hour sessions daily. Cost is $25 per player.

For the ultimate adrenaline rush, join NPF on the battle fields for a game of skirmish. Suitable for families, friends, social groups, corporate team building and birthday, bucks or hens parties, NPF can cater for groups big or small (up to 300).

There's a range of packages to suit every occasion and budget; from their popular party packages - including semi-automatic paintball gun, goggles, camo overalls and 100 paintballs ($32) - to the ultimate Tactical package - an upgraded Tango 1 paintball gun plus 1000 paintballs ($200). NPF also runs Scenario Games, 12 hours of non-stop paintball action, played across eight different themed fields like Hell Camp, Cobra's Nest, the Frontline and Heartbreak Ridge.

*Need to know: Paintball players must be at least 15 years old.  Mid-week games take place from 11-2:30 while weekend sessions run from 8:30-12 or 1-4:30.

National Paintball Fields is open every day except Christmas, Boxing and New Year's Day.
