Fort Specialty Coffee

North Lakes

Fort Specialty Coffee deserves the honor of being one of North Lakes' favorite coffee and brunch venues.

The ceiling is covered in superhero comics and the vibe here is old school with a twist of American diner thrown in for good measure.

The menu features tried and tested crowd pleasers - who could not be tempted by their blueberry waffles, grilled french toast, truffled egg quesadilla, lamb burger, or cajun chicken burger? Aside from the menu, there are a range of sweet treats and take away snacks available at the front counter.

There are homely lounges and bench seating indoors, and no less than two verandahs from which to enjoy breakfast or lunch outdoors. Many drinks are a hit here, especially the house coffee, the "Bootleg" cold pressed coffee, loose leaf teas, hot chocolate, and chai as well as refrigerated sodas and juices.

Nice to know: There is a small car park with designated spaces just for Fort Specialty Coffee patrons.

In a nutshell: Award winning coffee served in one of North Lakes' favorite local cafes.
