Ginger And Rose

New Farm

GINGER AND ROSE HAS CLOSED IN AUGUST 2019.

Ginger and Rose has taken the plant-based trend by a storm, whipping up some delightful vegan meals in their inviting New Farm café.

The café is minimalistic and inviting, with many dining tables inside as well as a sun deck down the side of the café.

Ginger and Rose serves breakfast and lunch which are all vegan, unless meat and/or dairy is requested. For lunch, the Moroccan Chickpea Tagine is a popular, hearty dish – served with couscous and spinach.

Alternatively, Ginger and Rose’s Satay Open Grill is a delight, topped with seasonal vegetables and vegan cheese.

The drinks menu is just as delicious with unique brews such as a turmeric latte.

The café also makes smoothies which are based on soy or almond ice cream – the mixed berry is a favourite.

Need to know – onsite parking is available as well as some street parking.

Nice to know – Ginger and Rose also stocks takeaway treats and homemade jam and relishes.

*Opening hours correct at time of visiting in June 2018.
