Nautilus

The Westin Brisbane

Nautilus is Brisbane’s first swim-up pool bar, set in The Westin Brisbane's 300 square metre resort-style swimming pool with views across the city skyline.

An outdoor venue with covered spaces, Nautilus's pool deck is divided into three levels - Podium, Promenade and Pier – so the venue can be used for different purposes, including private functions or pop-up events.

Open to the public on Fridays (from 3pm) and Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm for Endless Summer sessions, Nautilus would have to be the coolest place to hang on weekends in Brisbane. All you have to do is purchase a spritz cocktail, boutique wine or craft beer for $20pp and you can while away time lounging on sunbeds, swimming up to the bar and indulging in delicious food as well.

Providing the perfect setting for a balmy Brisbane evening or sizzling summer day, the bar menu includes classic snacks and share platters, designed to be enjoyed with a cocktail, mocktail, wine, beer, juice or smoothie, whilst relaxing in a cabana or raised pool lounge.

On the all-day food menu there's oysters, prawns, fish'n'chips, Ploughman's boards, Angus beef burgers and indulgent sundaes.
