Matilda The Art of Gelato

Matilda - The Art of Gelato is Wynnum's go-to for authentic Italian gelato and natural sorbet, as well as Establishment coffee, biscotti and classic desserts.

The gelato and vegan-friendly sorbets are all made onsite using fresh, seasonal fruit for each flavour, such as mango, cherry, raspberry or ginger & lemon.

There are plenty of favorite gelato flavors to choose from including vanilla, choc-mint, Jaffa, salted caramel, coffee, tiramisu, walnut, and Turkish delight.

Matilda - The Art of Gelato also serve take away gelato, milkshakes and desserts, as well as ice cream cakes made to order.

In a nutshell - Authentic Italian gelato and sorbet made using fresh, seasonal ingredients, as well as coffee, biscotti and traditional desserts.
