The Woolshed

Teneriffe

Updated: Mar 02, 2024

The Woolshed is a collective housed in an historic wool store in Teneriffe, including a specialty coffee cafe, Black Sheep Cycling apparel, and bicycle mechanic.

Tucked away on a back street in Teneriffe, opposite Green Beacon Brewing, the chic, industrial space is filled with Black Sheep Cycling's clothing and accessories, and a cool cafe owned by Luke Shilling, former owner of Ltd Espresso in the Valley.

The Woolshed, Teneriffe

This inner-city cafe is simplicity at its best, serving excellent espresso along with a variety of toast. Customers can choose between banana bread and brioche buns, fruit loaf and crumpets, and sourdough, baked fresh by Crust & Co; with a selection of delicious toppings on offer: myrtle ricotta and lemon curd, cheesy garlic and chives, sunnyside egg and chili jam, and avocado, feta and dukkah.

In addition, you'll find specials such as pizza crumpets (shaved ham, pizza sauce, three cheeses and herbs) and breakfast burgers (smoked ham, house-made relish, sunnyside egg, red cheddar and rocket), or let Luke get creative with nutella ganache, strawberry mascarpone, sweet dukkah, and pistachio floss.

Coffee on pour is roasted locally by boutique coffee outfit Passport, served along with single origins and filter coffee.
