Celebrity chef Luke Nguyen's stunning eatery Fat Noodle serves up tantalizing market fresh dishes with a South East Asian flavour in the grand historic surrounds of Treasury Brisbane.

Renowned for his Vietnamese heritage and cuisine, Luke Nguyen also has a family history in China. His inspiration for Fat Noodle comes from both countries and is reflected in the taste combinations and fusion flavours.

Warm up with Luke’s legendary Fat Pho, which features Chef Luke’s signature beef broth, thinly sliced Angus sirloin & brisket, bean sprouts, fresh Thai basil, chilli and rice noodles.

Fat Noodle’s menu is bursting with more tasty options, including dumplings, salmon sashimi, Luke Nguyen’s Street Eats’ and much more. 

Meals come served with a heavy earthen pot of jasmine tea. As well as a small boutique wine list, there's bottled and draught beer and a refreshing range of Asian style drinks including young coconut juice, ginger or sour plum lemonade, lychee and lemon soda or Vietnamese ice coffee.

A match for the food is the setting – sit on the arcaded verandah over Reddacliff Place (ideal for people watching), pull up a seat in the gorgeous communal room with back-lit paper feature wall or be seated in the grand dining room under the 3000+ chopsticks hanging garden.

Good to know -  Just a short stroll across Victoria Bridge from QPAC, Fat Noodle is a great venue for pre or post-theatre dining.
