DIRTY SULTAN HAS CLOSED.

Dirty Sultan is a elegant Turkish-inspired rooftop bar atop The Constance in Fortitude Valley, featuring day beds, exotic cocktails, delicious Middle Eastern meze. Venture into the secret private shisha lounge for an intimate escape.

Bey Lane has been revamped into an urban oasis beside the hotel leading you to an elevator which delivers patrons to the glamorous bar with views across the Valley skyline.

The rooftop boasts a spicy palette, with an abundance of palms, beautiful warm lighting and groovy modern furniture. Brisbane is going to vibe on Constance from sunset through to the late hours of the night.

The rooftop transforms from afternoon cocktails and Meze amongst the Valley sunset into an electrifying bar and club. DJ's spin only the freshest music in the Palm Booth.

Cocktails at Dirty Sultan are the star of the drinks menu, featuring a carefully crafted array of custom-made cocktails including the Yasmin - A Rose Turkish Delight Cocktail, the Khan - A Mesquite Wood Smoke-infused Apricot Cocktail alongside many others.  There's also a selection of bottled spirits, boutique wines and craft beers.

The Turkish street food menu is designed to share. The Sultan has something for everyone, from pomegranate oysters to Za’atar Pide & house baked bread dipped in beetroot dip. Share plates include lamb, chicken or eggplant shish. Salads such as the Fattoush cucumber, tomato, red onion, sumac, olive oil and fried pita, followed by desserts such as the decadent Nutella baklava which consists of caramelised filo pastry layered with walnuts, drizzled with warm hazelnut chocolate.
