To start there are 'Smalls' such as Ming Ming's wings (with sweet chilli teriyaki or garlic fish sauce), crispy mushrooms, pork wontons, salt'n'pepper tofu or sweet donuts; or a choice of Vietnamese rolls, either spring  or rice paper. To follow there's Salad bowls (seared wagyu beef, shredded chicken or veges'n'tofu) or Vermicelli Salads and Rice Dishes such as 'bo kho' beef stew, grilled chicken thigh or slow cooked pork belly.

Chef's Specials include Steamed Pancake (with pork, mushrooms & herbs), Wonton Noodle (soup or dry) and Hanoi 'ladder' vermicelli soup while Mains to share include Wasabi Prawns with home made pickles, stir-fry greens with sweet chilli soy & tofu or stir fry chicken'n'mushrooms.  No visit to Ming Ming's should be without trying their signature pho dishes though. You can order pho either as soup (with aromated broth & onions) or dry (with soy sauce & herbs).

Hearty pho soup choices include 'hanoi oldtown' bashed eye fillet, 'thin' stir-fried scotch fillet or shredded chicken breat while pho dry includes stir-fried lemongrass beef, grilled chicken thigh fillet or fried tofu.

Drinks-wise there's a range of beer (including Hanoi lager) and wine, Vietnamese-flavoured cocktails (including Lychee martini and ginger gangster) , Vietnamese drip-coffee, green tea and iced coffee, tea, coconut or lychee.
