Brisbane's Best Outdoor Fitness Parks

Updated: Aug 02, 2021

Brisbane has a growing number of fantastic, free, outdoor fitness parks, with state-of-the-art gym equipment. With some located by the river, under bridges and by the sea, this is a terrific way to keep fit in the fresh air without spending a cent.

In addition, Brisbane welcomed its first Ninja warrior park in 2020 and, up on the Redcliffe Peninsula, is a Parkour park (see more on both below).

For the ultimate cardio exercise on the move, Brisbane's urban stair cases and steep streets will get the heart pumping, but if you're after something lighter and fun, there are a number of outdoor table tennis tables around Brisbane that are also free to use.
