The Selfie Lab by Sugar Republic is a brand-new immersive experience featuring over-sized food art, nostalgic backdrops and old-school play at Westfield Chermside.
The Sugar Republic exhibition first visited Brisbane in 2018 and it was a huge hit with visitors, selling out its 6-week run.
Created for families, millennials, and anyone who wants to relive the joy of childhood, the Selfie Lab features 16 colourful themed room with fabulous backdrops including the greatest hits from Sugar Republic’s touring exhibitions as well as new installations.
Visit a pretty in pink Palm Springs motel, a retro 1950s diner, and a neon laundrette. Immerse yourself in giant teddy bears, swing with your bestie in the rainbow room, take a trip to the moon, and lose yourself in the massive ball pit.
Plus, there's Selfie Doll boxes, a Celebration Room, You Can Sit With Us (high school), House of Florals, and more.
The Selfie Lab unashamedly celebrates the selfie but also offers a super fun and unique experience that the whole family will enjoy.
