The beautifully refurbished theatre has been brought back to splendid life in 2021 and is now hosting shows, concerts and events, with Fables Bar & Cafe the perfect place for a pre or post drink and bite to eat.

Patrons can enjoy a coffee and pastry or gourmet sandwiches out on the street terrace (with a soon to to be  or inside the cosy old world interior with its polished wooden floors and exposed brick walls.

From the bar you can enjoy a craft beer (including the Princess Theatre's house beer Golden Arrow (by local Green Beacon), boutique wine from local Gerler winery or signature creative cocktails such as the Cobra's Fang (absinthe, rum, fassionola, velvet falernum, orange, lime & bitters).

Good to know - In the coming month, Fables will be serving weekend brunch with Bloody Mary cocktails.

Need to know - The laneway beside the theatre leds to a funky outdoor space, Clarence Courtyard, which opens on weekend afternoons with a shipping container bar.
