Driftwood Cafe by the Bay
Victoria Point
Driftwood Cafe by the Bay is a delightful, dog-friendly cafe in Victoria Point offering delicious brunch and lunch fare.
Formerly known as The Wishing Well, the cafe has reopened under new management with a new name, and is an excellent spot for sipping lattes and enjoying brunch, either in the nautical-themed dining room or outside in the dog-friendly courtyard overlooking Victoria Point Reserve.
All day breakfast fare includes classics like eggs your way with sourdough toast, eggs Benny with your choice of bacon or ham, bacon and egg breaky burger, and a pancake stack served with berry compote, maple syrup and ice-cream.
Otherwise, there's a hearty Breakfast Platter for 2 featuring fresh seasonal fruit, Greek yoghurt with berry compote and toasted muesli, eggs your way, sausages, bacon, baked beans, roasted tomatoes, avocado, garlic mushrooms, halloumi, hash browns and sourdough toast.
Lunch fare, available from 11:30am-2pm, includes salt and pepper calamari, chicken schnitzel, classic beef burger, steak sandwich and fish and chips.
Drinks on offer include well-brewed coffee and tea, hot chocolate, chai latte, milkshakes and more.
Nice to know - Driftwood Cafe is kid friendly with a dedicated children's menu that includes 1 slice of toast with egg, bacon and hash brown, or pancakes with ice-cream and sprinkles.
