Kobe's Of Whites Hill Butcher

Camp Hill

Updated: Mar 30, 2020

KOBE'S OF WHITES HILL HAVE CLOSED.

With the name Kobe taken from the city in Japan where the top marbled beef is found, Kobe’s of Whites Hill has used this name to brand the wagyu beef it specializes in. Sourced from their own designated farm where Angus cows are cross bred with wagyu bulls, the top notch high grade beef sold here is less marbled that the Asian standard and hence more suited to every day cooking.

But it’s not just about the beef, the butchery does fantastic gourmet sausages, lamb, duck, veal and pork, and all from an immaculate premises.

For canine needs, the shop is well-stocked in the bone department – life will never be the same after an encounter with one of their dinosaur bones.
