BanhMi7Days is a little Vietnamese kitchen in Red Hill offering a variety of authentic Vietnamese fare, from vermicelli salads and banh mi to traditional beef pho.

Replacing La Vosh Patisserie on Musgrave Road, locals will be pleased to know that the eatery still offers a range of New York-style bagels loaded with classic ingredients like salmon, cream cheese and capers; pastrami and cheese; ham, cheese and tomato; or turkey with cranberry, avocado and Swiss cheese.

For lovers of Vietnamese food, there is plenty to choose from including some of Brisbane's best banh mis - fresh, crusty baguettes filled with your choice of crispy pork, grilled meatballs or lemongrass chicken and more, plus pate, cucumber, carrot, coriander and chilli (optional).

Otherwise, there are vermicelli salad bowls filled with fresh ingredients (lettuce, cucumber, carrots, pickles), roasted peanuts, fried shallots, and your choice of mouthwatering meat; as well as traditional beef pho and a special Vietnamese noodle soup with a beef trio including brisket and meatballs.

Drinks include Vietnamese iced coffee, Merlo coffee, hot chocolate, chai, teas and iced teas like lychee, peach and mango.
