Neon Ramen is a quirky and colourful neon-lit anime and cyberpunk themed ramen bar tucked away in an Everton Park shopping centre.

Served under neon lights and cherry blossoms, with anime artworks adorning the walls, the menu at Neon Ramen offers a plant-based twist to classic dishes, catering to vegan, vegetarian and coeliac customers.

Main meals at Neon Ramen are the make-your-own ramen dish, where you choose your broth, noodles, protein and toppings; or make-your-own sti-fry, with a choice of flavour, base, protein and topping.

In addition there's a selection of delicious snacks and sides including dashi fries, neon fried mushroom, pan fried bao, miso mushroom yakitori and 'chicken' katsu sando; while for dessert there's black sesame or green tea ice-cream or cinnamon bun ice-cream sandwich.

Neon Ramen is also fully licensed with beers, wine, spirits and unique cocktails as well as a selection of non-alcoholic drinks. There is also a small kids menu with Hello Kitty themed colouring in on the back of the menu, with colouring pencils provided.
