C'est Du Gâteau

South Brisbane

C'est Du Gâteau, which translates to "it's a piece of cake," is a top notch authentic bakery and patisserie tucked away on South Bank and opening on October 12.

Behind C’est Du Gâteau are two highly skilled French pastry chefs who bring their 15 years of experience working with renowned chefs and top-notch patisseries and hotels throughout France and Europe to Brisbane. Their commitment to quality is evident in every creation, as they use the finest ingredients, including some imported directly from France.

Customers can get their fill of French patisserie classics like flaky croissants, almond croissants filled with almond cream and topped with toasted almond flakes, and pain au chocolat – a perfectly layered croissant dough filled with dark chocolate.

Their offerings also go beyond the sweet realm with savoury delights like their 12-hour slow-cooked BBQ pulled pork and caramelised onion croissant, or the Reuben croissant featuring layers of pastrami, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, Dijon mustard, seeded mustard, and cornichon all enveloped in flaky croissant dough.

Need to know - C’est Du Gâteau opens to the public on October 12.
