Diners can begin their culinary journey with a range the appetisers, from onion bhaji and savoury samosas, to chicken tikka, crispy cauliflower served Indo-Chinese style, and the restaurant's legendary lamb cutlets marinated in yoghurt, ginger, garlic and spices, and cooked in tandoor oven.

Mains consist of lamb, chicken and seafood curries, from Kormas and Madras to Vindaloo and everything in between, plus Biryani (basmatic rice cooked with your choice of meat infused with spices).

There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options including dal,  mushroom masala, paneer tikka masala, Bombay potatoes and vegan butter chicken made with succulent soy chunks in a rich tomato and cashew sauce.

Otherwise, there are the Chef's specials - Bombay Duck, Oh My Goat (slow-cooked goat with onion and tomato masala) and Patiala (tender lamb shank braised in an aromatic sauce). 

If you can't decided, there is a top value banquet which includes pakoras and samosas, 2 types of Naan bread, your choice of 2 curries (excluding Chef's specials), saffron rice and dessert.

Traditional Indian desserts on the menu are Gulab Jamun (sweet dumplings soaked in rose water and sugar syrup served with vanilla ice-cream) and Ras Malai (soft cheese dumplings soaked in cardamon flavoured milk).

Adda@Oxford is fully-licensed offering a concise wine list, beer, classic cocktails and creative concoctions like Mango Coladas and Melon Martinis.
