Patrons can take a seat al fresco in the (covered) laneway or inside where at the front, alongside an exposed brick wall, is a cosy lamplit lounge.

Despite the chilled-out vibe, Lang's Lounge is the go-to for top notch bespoke cocktails (amongst the best in the Valley) and first class bar food.

For those who prefer the classics, the choices include perfectly crafted Mojito, Martini, Margarita, Manhattan, Pina Colada, Cospmopolitan, Negroni and Long Island Iced Tea.

Worth trying are the 'manipulated specials' (changed monhtly), such as the Trinidad (duck fat washed and chili infused espolon tequila reposado, cointreau, lemon, lime, sugar syrup) and the 'local hero' (think Long Island Iced Tea made from boutique spirits sourced within 200km).

Exquisite tapas-style bar snacks include ciabatta with smoked beetroot, whipped feta and burnt eggplant: sauteed chorizo with red wine glaze & pepitas; manchego parcels with artichoke heart & speck, charcuteie & cheese plate; or twice cooked potato with salt & vinegar, smoked cream & parmesan (highly recommended).
