Croix Croissant is an artisan croissant bakery and cafe from Melbourne that has opened its first store in Queensland in the south side suburb of Hillcrest.

Croix Croissant Hillcrest

From a husband and wife team of qualified chef/patsseieres, Croix Croissant is the go-to for delectable French-inspired croissants with a creative twist, unlike anything to be found in Brisbane.

Croix Croissant Hillcrest

House specialty are decadent filled savoury and sweet croissants, with 15 daily fillings ranging from spinach and feta or salmon and cream cheese to Black Forest and pandan creme brulee, as well as cube croissants, croissant rolls and crossant sandwiches.

Fillings will also be themed to special days and times of the year such as Easter, Valentine's Day and Christmas. To accompany there's well-brewed coffee as well as flavoured lattes (think matchs and Biscoff).
