Fluffy Souffle is a specialty Japanese souffle pancake shop located in South Bank, by the owners of nearby bubble tea shop Moge Tee.

Look for the Pink Panther on the pink bench out front of the cosy bright lit shop, where there are a handful of tables inside for dine-in.

The lighter-than-light melt-in-the-mouth pancakes come with a range of delicious toppings including brown sugar bubble, creme brulee (must-try), matcha, seasonal fruit, Pork floss, Oreo and chocolate

There's also a small selection of dorayaki (Japanese honey pancake sandwich) with fillings of cheese, red bean, taro or Oreo cheese.

Meanwhile drinks include milk teas (taro, matcha, Oreo, chocolate or brown sugar); fruit teas (passionfruit, peach, lemon, grapefruit and lychee) and Creme Brulee milk teas (including bubble, Oreo and matcha).
