Spring Hill

Last updated: Jul 17, 2024

Dapl, a new inner-city fine diner, has just opened in Spring Hill and is dishing up a mouth-watering menu of modern Australian plates.

Positioned within the Amora Hotel, Dapl's luxe interior features an attention grabbing feature wall, earthy tones and verdure patterns that create an immersive sub-tropical ambiance.

Dapl Spring Hill

This light-soaked restaurant presents a relaxed space where diners are invited to indulge in a modern Australian culinary experience that showcases native flavours and ingredients.

Dapl Spring Hill

Curated using the very best local and seasonal produce, Dapl's delicious menu includes standout dishes such as native spice salmon gravlax with pickled beetroot, lemon aspen creme fraiche and nasturtium, lemon myrtle grilled calamari with burnt orange, mixed citrus and native herbs, bush spiced kangaroo loin with blended sweet potato, confit onion and davidson plum jus, and peppermint gum lamb backstrap with parsnip marsala, watermelon radish, native currant glace and chives.

Finish off the feasting with a pineapple thyme almond cake, lavender cheesecake, Jaffa delice with eucalyptus honeycomb, or a selection of Australian cheese. Those craving a slightly elevated dessert can opt for a classic, caramel spice, Jaffa, white chocolate and raspberry, bounty, Turkish Delight or Crunchie-flavoured affogato.

Dapl Spring Hill

Pair your food with Dapl's extensive beverage menu, that showcases a thoughtfully curated wine list, local and international beers and a range of non-alcoholic options.

Nice to know: Dapl also does a buffet breakfast from 6:30am.
