Naldham House Brasserie and Terrace, a stunning old world restaurant inspired by grand hotel lobbies of the world, sits at the base of grand heritage-listed Naldham House in Brisbane City.

Diners are treated to a truly unique dining and drinking experience reminiscent of the fine brasseries of Europe, with old-fashioned service and a pianist playing a well-tuned Grand,

The extensive menu is ideal for both leisurely lunches and delectable dinners, featuring dishes like ‘mixed crudo, shallot, pickled chilli, tarragon, cabernet balsamic', beetroot tart with goat cheese, ricotta and hazelnut', 'beef cheek bourguignon pithivier', and ‘Noisettes of Margra lamb, lentils du Puy with speck, jus’.

There are also larger dishes for sharing like the 'Market fish Meunière, lemon butter and capers’, and 'côte de boeuf'. Sweet treats include ‘'rhum baba', 'strawberry mille feuille', and 'chocolate Paris Brest'

Outside, the expansive 120-seat Terrace boasts its own bar with Brisbane River glimpses and is ideal for after-work drinks as well as a pre or post-dinner tipple. The Terrace menu  offers a selection of tasty plates including ‘chicken skin crisp, whipped cod roe, caviar’, ‘potato and mortadella croquettes with adobo sauce’, ‘niçiose salad’, ‘marinated prawns on toast’, ‘steak frites’ and a ‘Wagyu cheeseburger’.

The impressive cocktail list features a dedicated spritz menu and signature cocktails designed around seasonal, local ingredients and lighter spirits. Highlights from the spritz menu include the refreshing 'mandarino spritz' with Amaro Ninino, mandarin, rosemary, soda and prosecco and 'pomme florale' with Ink Gin, rose liqueur, watermelon, soda, prosecco, and kaffir lime.

House cocktails include the 'Peche & Honey Julep' with Buffalo Trace Bourbon infused with honey and mint, 'Pinahina' with
Husk Coconut Rum and charred pineapple syrup, and the 'Mont Blanc' with Rosemary infused Tanqueray Gin, Rinquinquin, Suze, and a rosemary sprig. The wine list is dotted with approachable, seasonal European wines from destinations including Greece, Italy, France, Spain and Portugal, along with some Australian wineries.

Located on the corner of Mary and Felix Street in the CBD's Waterfront Place precinct, Naldham House has had several
iterations over its long history, and due to its relevance in Queensland's culture and history, was listed on the Queensland Heritage Register in 1992.
