Yo-Chi

Newstead

Updated: Sep 03, 2024

Yo-Chi, the cult frozen yoghurt and acai brand that has taken Queensland by storm has just opened a new venue at Newstead's Gasworks Plaza, in time for the warmer weather.

Since arriving on the self-serve frozen yogurt scene in Melbourne 12 years ago, Yo-Chi shows no signs of slowing in either popularity or pace of openings. This is the second Brisbane venue to open in just over three weeks, and the state’s fifth new Yo-Chi venue in four months.

A welcome addition the the Gasworks Plaza precinct, Yo-Chi brings a menu of delicious frozen yogurt flavours and acai to inner-city Brisbane.

For the uninitiated, Yo-Chi is famous for its buffet-style bar of toppings, where customers are encouraged to handcraft their own bowls and cones of mouthwatering goodness from an extensive array of toppings.

The new venue will also be rolling out Special Chis (limited-edition toppings), seasonal frozen yogurt flavours, and a line-up of exciting announcements including chef collaborations, Unicorn Magic Month, and merchandise.

You can find YoChi in Paddington, Bulimba, Brisbane City and Mt Gravatt.
