Croix Croissant
Newstead
Croix Croissant is a Melbourne-born bakery serving unique, experimental pastries in the heart of Newstead.
Joining its Hillcrest sibling, Croix Croissant's Newstead dispensary is churning out fresh pastries, made on site from croissant cheeseburgers and cookie croissants to pandan pastries and Biscoff-infused crolls.
You won't miss the bright yellow door at 68 Commercial Rd, where you will be met with the delicious aroma of freshly made sweet and savoury pastries.
The light and bright space is scattered with greenery, pops of colour and sparkly feature tiles, giving the space a fun personality, matching the out-of-the-box baked goods offering perfectly.
Guests can choose to sit inside on the pink and white tiled bench and tables, or outside in the small sun-soaked alfresco area.
When it comes to the pastries, the selection will be ever-changing and growing, but a consistent offering of classic croissants will be on offer, alongside a loaded line up of experimental goodies.
Sink your teeth into the likes of classic and chocolate croissants, pandan-infused croissants, double croissants cheeseburgers, Biscoff scrolls, lemon cheesecake cruffins and so much more!
Wash it all down with a smooth coffee from Melbourne supplier Motobean, sesame and matcha lattes and more.
Need to know: There is paid street parking nearby.
