Tamborine Cheese, famed for its award-winning artisanal cheese, is opening its artisanal deli at Portside Wharf in Hamilton.

At the new Portside Wharf location, visitors will be transported to the mountains without leaving Brisbane.

Founded by cheese aficionado and milk technologist Cristian Salvati the store will offer more than 40 varieties of locally crafted cheese, a curated selection of cured meats and customisable cheese boards designed for the ultimate gourmet experience.

Knowledgeable staff will guide guests through the different flavours and textures of each cheese, offering insights into the unique qualities of each product.

Burrata Tamborine Cheese

For those seeking a perfect pairing, the store will feature a selection of wine and cocktails, crafted to complement the customisable tasting boards.

With seating for 30-50 people, including outdoor and indoor areas, the venue will also offer a healthy breakfast menu featuring house-made yoghurt, fruit, muesli, and barista coffee—perfect for those seeking a nutritious start to their day.
