Heritage Train Rides
Woodford Railway
All aboard the Woodford Railway for a Heritage Train Ride. departing every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month, operated by the Australian Narrow Gauge Railway Museum Society.

Passengers get to ride in open air wooden carriages, drawn by a vintage diesel engine, journeying through the picturesque surrounding countryside and back to the station.

Before or after the train ride you can check out the display room at the station, which has info about the history of the trains and carriages.
Need to know - Trains operate roughly every half hour with last train before lunch departing Woodford 12.35 and first train after lunch departing 1.35pm. The last train departs Peterson Road Station (platform for cafe) at 3:05pm.
