Taro's Ramen

Brisbane Cbd

Updated: Jan 10, 2021

Taro’s Ramen is a pocket-sized contemporary Japan eatery by Brisbane’s own ramen master, tucked away upstairs in Brisbane CBD’s landmark 480 Queen Street building.

Chef and owner Taro’s 3rd offering to Brisbane ramen fans is well worth seeking out if in this part of the city for his signature bowls of Japanese noodle soup.

Customers order at the counter before pulling up a wooden stool at one of the handful of tables in the minimalist concrete floored dining area which features a stunning piece of wall art.

The menu at this Taro’s Ramen outlet is somewhere mid-size between the comprehensive list of offerings in his Ascot restaurant and the Edward Street bolthole with its handful of choices.
