St Coco Cafe

Daisy Hill

Updated: Sep 15, 2024

St Coco is a cool café nestled in the backstreets of Daisy Hill (near IGA) serving top notch coffee (a signature blend created by Wolff Coffee Roasters), all day breakfast, lunch and raw treats.

Owned by Amber and Cynamon Norris (the dynamic duo behind Mt Gravatt coffee haunt Hallowed Grounds), St Coco is bright and airy and modern with polished concrete flooring, stark white walls, light timber ceiling and lots of greenery.

Breakfast fare fit for foodies includes Breakfast Brulee (layers of berry compote, raw granola and Greek yoghurt topped with traditional brulee toffee), St Coco’s Hash Browns (house made potato rostis, avocado, sweet capsicum jam and poached eggs), Bratwurst Benedict (stout poached pan-fried bratwurst, red cabbage sauerkraut, seeded mustard hollandaise, poached eggs and toasted rye) and the must try Rosella and Ricotta Hotcake topped with orange segments, candied walnuts, citrus sorbet and drizzled with honey.

Lunch offerings range from chicken sliders (grilled chicken, beetroot, brie and horseradish relish on brioche bun) and lamb souvlaki (tender lamb skewers served with Mediterranean haloumi couscous salad and tzatziki yoghurt) to St Coco’s fish of the day (served with spiced celeriac puree, blanched bok choy and house made mango salsa) and Speckle Quails Egg carbonara – sautéed bacon, onion, garlic and mushroom, deglazed with white wine and cream, tossed with linguini and finished with a speckle quails egg and watercress.

Besides St Coco’s signature blend, there is nitro-infused cold brew and tea, Chamellia organic tea, kombucha, cold pressed juices, Karma cola and ginger ale, milkshakes and smoothies – Nut Monkey (peanut butter, banana, maple syrup and almond milk) or Cherry Ripe (cocoa, strawberry, maple syrup and coconut milk).

Nice to know – St Coco has plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options on the menu.
