Logan Central

Spread over several hectares of landscaped parklands in Logan Central, Logan Gardens is a green oasis in the middle of suburbia, and is an ideal destination for families.

Beautiful big gum trees offer plenty of shade for those wanting to lay out a picnic rug and settle in for the day. There’s also a number of covered picnic tables and electric barbecues.

Children of all ages and abilities will enjoy the huge, colourful playground conveniently located near the entrance of the park. Key features include a large wooden climbing wall, a maze, climbing forts, and range of slides. There’s a Liberty Swing for wheelchair users, plus signage boards instructing children on some basic Auslan (Australian sign language) communications.

Logan Gardens Water Park

Other highlights include an awesome water play park, off-leash dog area with fantastic agility obstacles, covered outdoor fitness equipment, a basketball court, plus plenty of open green spaces to kick a ball or burn off any excess energy. For something different, it’s worth trying your hand at the on-site disc golf and bocce.

The concrete path snaking its way around the grounds provides a safe haven for cycling or a leisurely walk. For jogging enthusiasts, distance markers are painted on the path so there’s no losing track of how much territory you’ve covered.
