All of the trails start at the picturesque Paperback Flats Picnic Area, with five circuits and tracks taking less than 1 hour, and 2 hiking trails of 6.5km and 19km return. Note that all require proper walking shoes.

The short trails are as follows:

Bluff Lookout - This 200m (one way) path is rocky and moderately steep in parts, culminating in a climb up to the top of a giant bush boulder, from where there are views of treetop and Six Mile Creek (great for families).

Little White Rock Lookout - This 200m (one way) walk can be combined with the Bluff Lookout as both veer from the same Little White Rock trail. Take a moderately difficult path to another boulder lookout with great treetop views (also great for families).

Little White Rock Track - An interesting 600m (one way) track that follows the base of a rocky ridge within a spotted gum koala habitat, with a chance to spot relics of a military bunker and caves.

Six Mile Creek Boardwalk - Another one to combine with the Bluff Lookout track (look for the signposts on the trail), this 300m (one way) boardwalk meanders through a koala habitat of endangered blue gums.

Six Mile Creek Track - This 45 min return 1.4km moderate level trail plungers walkers into ethereal glades of swamp box, blue gum and paper barks, with a boardwalk detour and the chance to spot lace monitors.

The two longer trails are:

White Rock Multi User Trail - Bring your hiking boots or bike to explore this 6.5km return track which leads to the base of stunning White Rock via open eucalypt forests and rocky ridges. (Note that the traditional owners ask that hikers do not climb the ancient rock, which is of indigenous cultural significance).

Yaddamun Trail - Featuring some steep inclines, this 19km return track is open to hikers, bike and horse riders and offers glimpses of Brisbane, Ipswich and Moreton Bay along the way. Note that there is a horse float area off the main Paperbark Flats parking lot, with water trough (the only one) and hitching rails.
