Zazu Dining & Bar is a stylish contemporary Euro-Asian restaurant and bar at the Mollison Street entrance to West Village in West End.

The food and service are a match for the surrounds, with attentive staff and an impressive menu of Modern European and Pan-Asian dishes, including Brisbane's iconic sand crab lasagne.

The small dishes are a culinary trip around the world and include everything from handcrafted burrata, karaage chicken, crispy duck Szechuan roll-up pancakes and Thai beef salad to carpaccio (beef, salmon & tuna), melt-in-the-mouth seared scallops in the shell (with potato cream, caper butter& parmesan crumbs) and  kofte kebapi (Balkan style beef & pork kebapi on garlic cream & pickled peppers)

Next there's delicious bao buns, a selection of tempura and skewers, dumplings (try the Wagyu beef) and 'eclectic oval pizzas' with handmade base and gourmet toppings including lamb (braised pulled lamb, green chilli rings, organic molasses, tahini yoghurt, pomegranate); prawn (local Qld cutlets, Mala oil, gremolata, dressed rocket, lemon zest) and zucchini (finely sliced ribbons, chilli oil, goat’s curd, toasted pine nuts, watercress, lemon rind).

Mains are designed for 2 to share and include confit chicken roulade, truffle, garlic, brioche & brandy glaze; glazed pork hock, cucumber, green onion, chilli, Zazu plum sauce & Peking wraps; and the house signature Zazu (500g) - the original sand crab lasagne, abalone cream, black caviar - a must try.

Drinks from the bar include a range of Margaritas, Martinis, Daiquiris, Negronis, classic cocktails like Japanese Slipper, Pina Colada, Cosmopolitan and Whisky Sour as well as a small selection Mini Cocktails.
