The concise menu ranges from the quintessential smashed avo on toast with crushed triple nuts, organic feta and tomato to breakfast classics with a twist such as Karaage Benedict – karaage chicken with poached eggs, kewpie mayo and hollandaise sauce on a freshly baked, flaky croissant.

Other popular brunch dishes include double-smoked speck served with poached eggs, grilled haloumi and pistachio kale pesto on toast, and pork and fennel orecchiette pasta with soft egg,

Coffee on pour is Wilde blend by Seven Miles Coffee Roasters (roasted locally in Newstead) served along with rotating single origins.  Coffee is available in espresso, pour-over and cold brew.  For something different, try Fifth Season’s creative brews like Dirty Matcha (matcha latte infused with espresso), Whipped Brew (cold brew, whipped milk and dark cacao) or Tropical Brew.
