The Flo

The Flo is a gorgeous, modern industrial cafe and florist in Spring Hill serving well-brewed Belissimo coffee, light eats and sweet treats.

Found on the corner of Little Edward and Boundary Streets, this little coffee nook is dog-friendly with seating provided in an undercover open air dining area. 

Light eats include avocado smash and brioche buns filled with fried egg. ham and Swiss cheese. A popular lunch-time haunt, there's a  selection of fresh salads like organic quinoa, creamy potato and Italian pasta, as well as sandwiches. wraps, creamy pumpkin soup and pan-fried prawn gyoza bowls. 

In addition, there's a range of snacks on hand from flaky croissants and pastries to brownies and banana bread.   

Besides locally-roasted coffee, the cafe offers specialty lattes (matcha and beetroot cocao ), house-made cold brew fruit teas, iced fruit sodas, seasonal fruit juice and their signature iced orange soda black - espresso with orange soda.
