Hosanna Farmstay

Stokers Siding Nsw

Updated: Oct 09, 2023

Hosanna Farmstay is a quiet 100 acre property in the Tweed Hinterland which provides the perfect environment to escape the stress of life in the city. There is nothing like a dose of fresh country air to fill the lungs and lift the spirits.

Hosanna Farmstay is a wonderful place for children and families especially to spend time together in nature. Visitors to Hosanna Farmstay may come for just the day or actually stay overnight, and the highlight of any visit is interacting with the animals - feeding the chickens, milking the cows,  and cuddling the goats, guinea pigs, and rabbits.

Rabbits and guinea pigs

Other nature based activities include swimming in the lily filled lake, lazing on the pontoon, hanging out at the jetty and jumping off the three metre diving board. There are also plenty of walks, waterholes and waterfalls in the locality to keep everyone busy.

Avid adventurers may be interested in a sunrise hike up nearby Mt Warning, or walking at dusk to visit the amazing glow worm colony which has taken over a disused railway tunnel - be sure to take torches and sturdy walking shoes.

There are six en suite cabins situated around the lily lake, and each cabin has a stunning view over the surrounding mountains and countryside. Alternatively, there are eight permanent tent huts set up at various locations around the property as well as many shady (powered and unpowered) camp sites dotted along the creek.

A DIY wood fire sauna is conveniently located on the lake shore, as well as a designated barbecue area which is undercover and has several large tables set up for picnics. Hosanna Farmstay is available for school camps and other large functions.

Nice to know: Visitors to Hosanna Farmstay are welcome to bring their dogs. All water-based activities are provided free of charge - kayaks and inner tubes are located in the boatshed and life vests are available at reception.

Need to know: The en suite cabins have basic tea and coffee facilities, and guests may use the fully equipped communal kitchen area for other cooking requirements. Campers are requested to bring all their own cooking facilities.
