Be transported to the chic cafes of Paris as you savour the exquisite flavours of Belle Epoque's Winter High Tea. With the season change comes exciting new flavour combinations, unexpected twists and a whole lot of delight, making for a highly gastronomic high tea adventure. 

Set in stunning surrounds on the ground floor of Emporium Hotel South Bank, the doyenne of Brisbane's patisserie scene, Belle Époque, is adorned with antique mirrors, chandeliers and lush velvet chairs - where three tiers of decadent delights await you. 

Internationally-renowned Pastry Chef Charith Arachchige has ticked off all the boxes with a selection of sweet and savoury treats. Chef Arachchige mixes his genius creations, like a Carrot & White Chocolate Macaron with Ginger Crumble and Salted Cream Cheese, with high tea favourites such as Scones with Jam & Cream (you'll get to try three flavours - White Chocolate, Apple & Raisin, Traditional with Raspberry & Rose Jam and a citrusy Passion Fruit Curd). 

With a Truffle Chicken Finger Sandwich, Reuben Brioche with Sauerkraut & Mustard and a Sheppard's Vol au Vent to start, work your way up to the top tier where you'll find deliciously sweet delicacies that Chef Arachchige is known for including an Orange, Coffee & Hazelnut Cake, a Cocoa Crunchy with Cocoa Sable & Milk Chocolate Cremeux, and a Coconut Cheesecake.

Belle Époque's signature High Tea includes a range of beverage options including a traditional coffee and tea selection, a glass of sparkling, and for a super special affair - 2 hours of bottomless Champagne.
