Trip the Switch
Some of Australia's most iconic rock stars are hitting Willowbank Raceway on February 27, 2021, for Trip The Switch, a high octane all-day concert that is also totally COVID safe.
Concert-goers will get to rock out with a huge day of non-stop Aussie hits from a HUGE line-up of fave Aussie artists.
Headlining the show will be Icehouse, with frontman Iva Davies rocking the raceway with hits like Great Southern Land, Hey Little Girl, Electric Blue and We Can Get Together.
Another popular act, James Reyne is sure to bring the house down with Aussie anthems like Reckless, Errol, Beautiful People The Boys Light Up and Oh No Not You Again, while The Angels will be belting out faves like Take a Long Line, No Secrets and Am I Ever Gonna See You Face Again.
Other hot acts include Boom Crash Opera (Great Wall, Hands up In the Air, Gimme and Onion Skin), Killing Heidi (Weir, Mascara, I Am and Live Without It) and Shannon Noll, with his anthem What About Me?
And, opening the concert at 12pm, to kick things of will be local band Blues Arcadia.
Good to know - Buses will be available from the Ipswich train station, Springfield and the Commercial Hotel in Redbank to the venue. Need to know - This open air event has an extensive Covid safe plan and while the massive venue can hold 27,000, numbers are being capped at 5,000 to ensure everyone's comfort and safety. Concert goers can wear masks if they feel a need for extra precaution.
