Enjoy A Barossa Night with a five course dinner paired with Barossa Valley favourites Teusner Wines at Eden's table, The Westin on Friday June 14th.
On arrival there's delectable morsels such as Toowoomba tartare with capers or local reef fish ceviche with lemon pearls or shiitake mushrooms topped with Bloody Mary gel, followed by starter of Noosa prawn and spanner crab tian, avocado, seaweed and salmon caviar and entree of tender valley pork belly, celeriac, heirloom tomato and pickled walnut.
Then for main course there's Acres organic grass fed beef from Rockhampton with pommes anna and roasted beets followed by a heavenly dessert of Lindt chocolate 'walk' wild berry street, chocolate gravel, light espuma and wattle seed ice-cream
The delicious dinner will be perfectly paired with 75ml of eight wines, featuring the renowned Righteous Teusner Wines.
